Dear Stay At Home Mom Who Feels Like A SLAVE...You Are Not a Slave!

Do you sometimes feel like you are a SLAVE to your household and children more so than a mother? It's a harsh reality for some stay at home moms, but I come to encourage you TODAY!!  Being a mom in any form is... HARD!  Whether you are a working mom, stay at home mom, breastfeeding mom, bottle feeding mom, whatever! Today I want to talk to my SAHM's (stay at home moms) though. How to Take a Break BEFORE You Snap!! It's been a long week in mommy world and let's face it, you are  TIRED! Long days have been followed by long nights and you are barely functioning on the caffeine from your morning coffee. You've been up all night with a fussy baby, or perhaps a sick toddler only to awake at the crack of dawn to start "moming" all over again.  With all the constant cooking, cleaning, playing kid games, disarming battles between siblings, homework assignments, laundry, preparing lunches and dinners (the kids refuse to eat), kissing boo-boo's, wiping tiny bottoms,  and the list goes on...  You feel like SNAPPING! but you are desperately trying to hold on to your composure.  Being a mom is a FULL time J.O.B. ( I don't care what anyone says/thinks). Organize DON'T Agonize If you're anything like me, staying organized is VITAL in your everyday life of mommying  (yes, made that up, lol).  As many of you homeschool moms start off the school year, let me offer you some tips for keeping you and your little ones focused. Organization is key! Having a plan to stick to and keeping things organized will help you tremendously!! In our home we are preparing for our second year of homeschooling (woo hoooo!!). So, we are rather new to this ourselves, but I learned a lot after my first year that I believe will help some other moms who may just be starting out or someone who may just need some help getting organized his yeart. So, let's take a look... Mother's with Love Homeschool Room Write out a plan for the entire year - Now, if the very thought of this overwhelms you, have no fear (lol). You CAN do this!
